Project Setup & BIM Planning
Review client brief and establish project BIM objectives.
Prepare or update the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) covering all trades.
Set up modelling standards, naming conventions, level/coordinate systems and the Common Data Environment (CDE).
Appoint discipline leads, roles and responsibilities.
Coordination & Clash Detection
Run multi-discipline clash detection at each milestone.
Conduct coordination meetings, issue and track clash reports.
Maintain federated model and ensure alignment between trades.
BIM Model Development
LOD 100–200 - Concept / schematic models
LOD 300 - Coordinated detailed design models
LOD 350 - Integrated model for construction documentation
LOD 400 - fabrication-level models with manufacturer data- shop drawings
LOD 500 - As-built, field-verified models including asset and O&M data
Documentation & Deliverables
Produce coordinated plans, elevations, sections, schedules for all disciplines.
Generate 3D views, walkthroughs and renderings for stakeholders.
Supply automated quantity take-offs and cost data (5D BIM).
Produce fabrication/shop drawings at LOD 400 for each trade.
Deliver verified as-built models and drawings at LOD 500 for handover.
